General Information

Most items on our web site are customizable with your preferred text, logo, brand, clip art or photograph. (Some exceptions will or may apply, and/or you may be required to complete a waiver of authorization/ownership).

All images in all sections, other than any pre-made products are examples only, this is to illustrate what the etching or engraving might look like with your personalized engraving. Custom made (personal) items shown are not for resale.

All custom designs require a vector image. Vector ready images are object-oriented graphics such as Adobe Illustrator® and CorelDRAW® with file extensions such as but not limited to; .ai, .cdr, .pdf or .svg.

If a vector image is not available or received with file extensions such as but not limited to .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png or .tiff will be subject to an alteration fee. Custom designs may be subject to third party creation or alteration fees at an hourly rate. Our current average hourly rate is $110.00 Canadian.

It is also important to note that not all vector or engraving images translate exactly, Asccoa Woodworking Inc. reserves the right to make minor changes or modifications for the purpose of improving image transfer.

Due to variances in products and wood species not all laser engravings or etchings look the same or will replicate exactly.

Reclaimed materials will have minor imperfections in the product, from hammer marks, to nail or screw holes, small scratches or discolouration, checking (cracks along the grain), these may also contain inlays, smooth wood patches or synthetic patching materials.

Asccoa Woodworking Inc. will contact you by the method chosen at time of order (email or phone) to review the details of your engraving or etching and the estimated delivery time for the product(s) ordered.

Please allow at least 5 to 14 business days for your order to be completed, delivery for custom items will vary and may take longer than 14 days. Delivery depends on the number of items ordered, current stock levels, geographic location and seasonal constraints.
